Yu Yagami has been promoting Jiriki Seitai across Japan for the last 30 years, giving classes, holding instructor training courses, organizing workshops and retreats, as well as writing articles.

The large part of his dissemination of Jiriki Seitai, is thorough his books, which he has written from 1999 to 2017. He has published over 25 books and DVDs about Jiriki Seitai, covering general health issues in those 18 years. Pain release includes the whole body, and especially in lower backs and legs, knees, and shoulders and necks. Conditions and symptoms such as frozen shoulders, menstrual pain, menopause, dementia, insomnia, cold sensitive constitution, high blood pressure, and diabetes are also mentioned in his publications.

Besides pain release and cure of symptoms, he also has written about eyesight recovery, weight management, mental health, posture correction, and nervous system, all by using his holistic approach of Jiriki Seitai techniques, Eastern medicine, Jiriki dieting approach, yoga, and meditation. Some of the books come with DVDs so the customers can practice by themselves at home.

Currently Yu Yagami is working on his 26th, self-published digital book, which is going to be written both in Japanese and English and will be sharing his latest technique and research.
